These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Cooper Customs website, including all purchases, products, services, features, and content offered through the website. Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Cooper Customs.
By visiting our website, placing an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website.
1. Online Store Terms
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use our products, website, or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose. You may not attempt to interfere with the security, operation, or functionality of our website.
2. Products and Services
Cooper Customs sells 3D-printed products, personalized merchandise, custom-designed items, and other related products.
Because many of our products are handmade, customized, or produced using 3D-printing technology, minor differences may occur between product photographs and the item received. These differences may include:
- Slight variations in color, texture, finish, size, or placement
- Visible layer lines or minor surface imperfections associated with 3D printing
- Differences caused by lighting, screen settings, materials, or manufacturing batches
These minor variations are not considered defects.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or refuse the sale of any product or service at any time.
3. Product Use and Safety
Customers are responsible for reviewing and following all product descriptions, care instructions, warnings, and intended-use information.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, our 3D-printed products:
- Are not intended for hot liquids
- Are not microwave-safe or dishwasher-safe
- Should not be exposed to excessive heat
- Should be hand-washed and should not be soaked
- Are not intended for direct food or beverage contact
- Should not be used as children’s toys
For can holders, cups, and similar items, beverages must remain inside their original cans or containers. Drinks should not be poured directly into the product.
Cooper Customs is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by misuse, improper cleaning, unauthorized modification, excessive heat, failure to follow care instructions, or use of a product for a purpose other than its stated purpose.
4. Custom and Personalized Orders
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate names, dates, colors, sizes, logos, images, wording, spelling, and other customization details.
Once production begins, custom or personalized orders cannot be changed or canceled. We are not responsible for errors resulting from information submitted or approved by the customer.
When a design proof is provided, the customer is responsible for reviewing and approving the entire design. Approval confirms that all spelling, colors, dimensions, placement, and design elements are correct.
Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed to in writing.
5. Customer-Submitted Designs
By submitting a logo, image, photograph, trademark, design, name, phrase, or other material, you confirm that you own the material or have permission to use and reproduce it.
You authorize Cooper Customs to use the submitted material solely as necessary to create and fulfill your order.
We reserve the right to reject any design or order that we reasonably believe:
- Violates another party’s intellectual-property rights
- Contains illegal, hateful, threatening, defamatory, or inappropriate content
- Violates applicable laws or platform requirements
- Could expose Cooper Customs to legal liability
You agree to be responsible for claims resulting from materials you submit without proper authorization.
6. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee that we will accept or fulfill it. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:
- Product or material unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity
- Incorrect customer or shipping information
- Intellectual-property concerns
- An inability to complete the requested customization
If we cancel an order that has already been paid, we will issue any refund required by applicable law.
7. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, product descriptions, promotions, and availability may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customization fees, and other charges will be shown during checkout when applicable.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Orders may not enter production until full payment has been received and verified.
8. No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds
All sales are final. Cooper Customs does not accept returns or exchanges and does not provide refunds.
This policy applies to customized, personalized, made-to-order, and non-custom products.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, dimensions, colors, care instructions, customization details, and shipping information before placing an order.
Exceptions will only be made when required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Customers must inspect their orders promptly after delivery.
Receiving a damaged or incorrect item does not automatically guarantee a refund. We may request photographs of:
- The product
- The shipping package
- The shipping label
- The damaged area or incorrect customization
After reviewing the information, we may offer a replacement, repair, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion and subject to applicable law.
Damage caused after delivery, improper use, failure to follow care instructions, or normal characteristics of 3D-printed products will not qualify for replacement.
10. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production requirements, weather, carrier operations, holidays, incorrect addresses, material shortages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Cooper Customs is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost because the customer provided incorrect or incomplete information.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and making appropriate arrangements to receive their packages.
When legally required, we will contact the customer regarding material shipping delays and provide the available options.
11. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Cooper Customs is not responsible for theft, loss, or misdelivery occurring after the recorded delivery.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier and check with household members, neighbors, apartment offices, or local postal facilities before contacting Cooper Customs.
We may assist with a carrier claim when possible, but we do not guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages marked as delivered.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all website content created or owned by Cooper Customs—including product photographs, original designs, graphics, logos, text, videos, branding, and website content—is the property of Cooper Customs.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, publish, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.
Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of the underlying design, digital file, photograph, trademark, or other intellectual property.
13. Reviews and Customer Content
You may submit reviews, photographs, feedback, suggestions, or other content regarding our products and services.
By submitting content, you grant Cooper Customs permission to display, reproduce, and share that content for business and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law.
We will not prohibit or penalize customers for providing an honest review. However, we may remove content that contains threats, harassment, private information, unlawful material, spam, or knowingly false statements.
14. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activities
- Submit false billing, payment, or shipping information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or customer accounts
- Introduce viruses, malicious code, or other harmful technology
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce website content without authorization
- Impersonate another person or business
- Use our products or designs to infringe another party’s rights
- Abuse chargeback or payment-dispute processes
We may suspend service, cancel orders, or restrict access when prohibited conduct is suspected.
15. Third-Party Services
Our store may use or link to third-party providers, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, social-media platforms, and other service providers.
We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, content, policies, security, or actions of third-party services. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms and policies.
16. Website Availability and Accuracy
We attempt to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, pricing, and availability information. However, we do not guarantee that all website information will always be complete, current, or error-free.
We may correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders when inaccurate information is discovered.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, secure, or free from technical errors.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website, services, and products are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties not expressly stated in writing.
We do not warrant that every product will be suitable for every customer’s particular purpose or that website access will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in this section excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cooper Customs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Use or misuse of a product
- Inability to access the website
- Shipping delays or carrier actions
- Lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Customer-provided designs or information
- Unauthorized access caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount the customer paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
19. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Cooper Customs harmless from third-party claims, losses, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your unlawful use of the website or products
- Materials or designs you submitted
- Your infringement of another party’s rights
20. Privacy
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Our store is hosted through Shopify, and certain customer information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers involved in operating the store, processing payments, and fulfilling orders.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the website after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
22. Severability
If any portion of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that portion will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law or removed without affecting the remaining provisions.
23. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and other posted store policies, constitute the agreement between you and Cooper Customs regarding your use of the store and purchase of our products.
24. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal proceeding relating to these Terms will be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Georgia, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
