Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products may require additional processing time.
Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or the time required for the shipping carrier to deliver your package.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Cooper Customs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.
Cooper Customs is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be reshipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Cooper Customs is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request additional delivery information. We will provide available tracking and shipment information to assist with the process.
Damaged Packages
Please inspect your package immediately after delivery. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged item
- Photographs of the shipping box and packaging
- A description of the damage
Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
Returned Packages
Packages returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect the package may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and other charges imposed by their country. Customs processing may cause additional delivery delays.
Final Sale Policy
All products are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has entered production or shipped.
